At Hasil Rakyat, we are dedicated to providing high-quality seafood while fully complying with all legal and food safety regulations. We adhere to the HACCP Food Safety Management System, as well as EU, FDA, and Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries guidelines, ensuring the highest standards for both our customers and workforce.

We rigorously test our products for safety. Yellowfin Tuna (YFT) is screened for histamine using the ELISA method, and Swordfish is tested for mercury with the DMA-80 Direct Mercury Analyzer. Only products with histamine levels below 20 ppm and mercury below 1 ppm are processed, with strict cold chain management and adherence to GMPs/SOPs.
