We rigorously test our products for safety. Yellowfin Tuna (YFT) is screened for histamine using the ELISA method, and Swordfish is tested for mercury with the DMA-80 Direct Mercury Analyzer. Only products with histamine levels below 20 ppm and mercury below 1 ppm are processed, with strict cold chain management and adherence to GMPs/SOPs.
